This course will cover how the Ukraine region fared during the multiple invasions of the region. Why did the Mongols, Tatars, Cossacks, Poles, Austria, and Russia want to possess Ukraine? Ukrainian heroes Taras Bulba and Taras Schevchenko will be discussed.
