Three amendments to Florida's constitution are on the November 3 ballot. The issues include reduction of property taxes and to increase the amount of funds that may be retained in the budget stabilization fund. The amendments all have an impact on Florida and on you directly. Hear the arguments both for and against each of the proposals. Then make up your mind and VOTE.
