You will learn how to, taste, evaluate and compare a variety of chocolate bars. In addition you will enjoy several of the chocolate desserts Bob provides for Senior Learners parties. Bob will share the recipes for these chocolate ice cream and desserts, so you can prepare them for your holiday entertaining.
