We will start with a review of the recipes for chocolate treats Bob brings that are not baked, including chocolate spreads and sauces Bob sold commercially. We will then taste mousses, puddings and frostings. We will also make chocolate syrup for the forthcoming Ice Cream Social. This event is also your chance to show off favorite chocolate treats. Bring your friends to this chocolate extravagana, a fun way of introducing them to Senior Learners.
