Lots of Chocolate Fun - Learning and Tasting

You will learn about the science and history of chocolate and the cacao plant from which it comes. You will also learn how to interpret chocolate labels and to conduct a structured chocolate tasting. We will be tasting a variety of the chocolates (only chocolate, no nuts, caramel, or aromatics). All are readily available in Ocala. Students are encouraged to share their favorites.
