In this course a credentialed mental health professional explains psychedelics, dream work, and ritual. Each can support mental health, brain vitality, social connection, and meaning in later life. Each week includes lectures, group discussions, meditations, and practical exercises tailored for older adults. Participants will gain practical tools, up-to-date resources, and a supportive community to help.
