Watch and taste. This class will explore the lesser known Mangelwurzel, Danish boarhead, Kardoons, Skirret, Good King Henry, and more. If you are more familiar with the common radish, parsnip, navy beans and turnip you can sample some creative recipes. For the sweet toothed, traditional treats will be on hand as well.
