This course is the third in a series of 4 courses that provide an overview of epic failures of engineered structures or systems that taught lessons engineers needed to learn in future nuclear projects. This course will be based primarily resources from the internet and Bob's 30 years as a nuclear engineer. It will be supplemented with on one of Professor Stephen Ressler’s lectures about nuclear project failures from his course Epic Engineering Failures and the Lessons They Teach.
