Russia has been employing hybrid warfare against her neighbors (most notably Ukraine), Western Europe, NATO and the United States. This presentation will look at what hybrid warfare consists of and how Russia is using it to achieve her strategic goals. Through the Kremlin's use of a hybrid strategy, Russia now poses an alarming security threat to NATO and to the U.S.
