As younger seniors are retiring they have been looking beyond the customary 55+ communities, etc. Those who are single intentionally, or following death of a spouse, are looking beyond remarriage for other ways share basic living expenses, travel and regain companionship. Naturally Occurring Retirement Community and the new Calesa Township near On Top of the World are two examples. We will share what we have recently learned and go from there.
