The American Film Institute has listed Citizen Kane and The Godfather as two of the best American Films. Join us in viewing and discussing these two masterpieces. Citizen Kane is a 1941 American drama film produced by, directed by, and starring Orson Welles. The Godfather is a 1972 American crime film directed by Francis Ford Coppola, who co-wrote the screenplay with Mario Puzo, based on Puzo's best-selling 1969 novel of the same name and starring Marlon Brando.
