ISIS was supposedly destroyed in Dec. 2018. Does this mean that ISIS is no longer a threat to the US and to others? In order to answer this question, we, need to look at three things: 1. The conditions that allowed ISIS to come into being in the 1st place; 2. How ISIS became so successful in a very short period of time; 3. Do these same conditions exist today and, if so, where? That is the goal of this presentation.
