For Love of Film: The Best Movies of 2020

Join us as we return to the classroom for in person film courses. We will be watching and discussing some of the best films of 2020, all of which have been Oscar recognized. We start with Nomadland, the film that was honored with Oscars for Best Picture, Best Director Chloe Zhao and Best Actress Frances McDormand. We will then be watching the visually stunning live action Mulan, Korean film Minari whose Yuh-Jung-Youn won the Best Supporting Actress Oscar, and the Pixar treasure, Soul, winner of two Oscars and which will fill the room with Jazz. Popcorn will be served to enhance the watching experience in the classroom.
