Forget about the wheel or sliced bread. Learning to make beer was one of the greatest advances of human history. This is the first of 3 courses that will use video lectures from a Great Courses series Everyday Guide to Beer by Distinguished Professor Emeritus Charles W. Bamforth. We will also see other fun videos plus stories from the instructors own time as a beer brewing hobbyist.
