This course will start by explaining the various types of smartphones and tablets based on the two main operating systems in use: the Android operating system provided by Google and the Apple IOS operating system. The rest of this course will describe and demonstrate the basic physical features of Android phones and tablets, as well as settings and commonly used apps. We will also go over use of the user interface and the different screens. We will also discuss security, use of the app store, and managing your apps in general for good performance without unecessarily draining your battery or going over your data limit.
