All About Chocolate with Tastings

All aspects of chocolate will be addressed: what it is; its history; where it comes from; how it is made; why we like it; what part is good for us; and what part can cause problems. In addition to true chocolate bars, we will be tasting some bars with added ingredients, which is now the trend in chocolate. These tastings will expand your horizons and palate, as well as provide the vocabulary for describing the multitude of flavors in chocolate. Various chocolate baked goods, sauces, spreads and drinks will also be tasted and their recipes will be shared. Throughout the course Bob will share his experience in making and marketing organic-certified, raw chocolates spreads. There will be nominal additional fee to cover the costs to conduct the tastings.
