Get Ready for Tartan Day with Bag Pipes a Blowing * Christopher Knife * Thursday * 28-mar-19 to 28-mar-19 * 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM * $5.00 An overview of the great highland bagpipe, its history, myth, and most importantly its music (with demonstration—so bring your earplugs), as we celebrate what tartan sounds like. You’ll learn what a strathspey and reel is as well as a piobaireachd while experiencing just how stirring, or annoying, bagpipes can be.
