Yoga for everyone! Learn to practice yoga by adopting poses to meet your personal needs using a chair for support. No special gear is needed. Just wear comfortable loose clothing. Lessons will include breathing techniques, poses, balance, meditation, and end in a relaxation. Class meets in Room 109.
