Are Your Ears Ringing? We now understand much more regarding the cause of tinnitus or ringing in the ears. We also know a lot about the causes of dizziness. This course will be an in depth discussion of the neurophysiological model, as well as the most common causes of tinnitus and dizziness. Management options and coping strategies will be reviewed.
