Former county commissioner Judy Johnson will discuss the 11 amendments to the Florida Constitution on the ballot in November. The ballot measures refer to such diverse subjects as property taxes, casino gambling, voting by those with felony convictions, victims rights off-shore oil drilling, and various administrative measures.
