Yoga for everyone! Learn to practice yoga by adopting poses to meet your personal needs using a chair for support. No special gear is needed. Just wear comfortable loose clothing. Lessons will include breathing techniques, poses, balance, meditation, and end in a relaxation.
The class will not meet on 10/30. If you come then you will get to help get ready for the Senior Learners Halloween Party!
