### The Celts of Ancient Britain and Ireland * Bob Holloran * Friday * 21-sep-18 to 12-oct-18 * 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM * $20.00 In recent decades, archeology, linguistics and genetics have dramatically altered pretty much everything historians thought they knew about the Celts. This course starts with a survey of what early historians understanding and then explores in detail what we now think we know about the Celts in Britain and Ireland. It is based in part on lectures by Professor Jennifer Paxton from The Great Courses: The Celtic World and other sources from the Internet.
