### The Geology of National Parks on the West Coast

There is great diversity in the geology of our National Parks. Since Senior Learners had courses about the National Parks in the Southwest, this course focuses on the National Parks on West Coast, including the ones in the Northwest. Most of this course is based on lectures from The Great Courses Wonders of the National Parks: A Geology of North America. Other videos will introduce areas with a personal connection: Big Hole of Montana and the Golden Gate National Parks, the largest metropolitan park in the world.
