Although it is not a Presidential Election year, Florida is scheduled to conduct two mid-term elections in 2018: The August 28th Primary and November 6th General Election. Florida voters will elect a new Governor, seats for Federal, State, County, and District races, and decide on proposed constitutional amendments. Marion County Supervisor of Elections, Wesley Wilcox, CERA will discuss how Florida Elections are run and why voters can cast their ballot with confidence knowing their vote is secure and accurate. Participants will be prepared for the upcoming elections and have the opportunity to ask any election-related questions.
