### Introduction to Tai Chi

This course is for anyone with an interest in tai chi. It will meet once a week and is geared for people that are new to the art, although everyone is welcome to participate. Edward Potter, the instructor, studied in the USA, then traveled to Taiwan and mainland China for the opportunity to train with their local masters. Students will be introduced to the Yang style 8 and 16 short forms. Classes will include participation in the exercises, sharing videos of the masters, and providing information on the history and benefits of practicing the art.
