This class will also meet twice a week (this course and its companion course Intermediate Tai Chi for which you also need to register). This course is recommended for those that have completed the Introduction and Beginning courses, as well as anyone with prior experience. However, everyone is welcome to attend, as participation is the best way to learn. Students will continue to refine their practice of the Yang style short forms of 8, 16, & 24, before moving on to the Yang 32. Practice time will be supplemented with videos, terminology, and recommendations for further study.
